THE PUPPY SOCIALISATION CLASS

The puppies are all breeds aged thirteen weeks up to twenty weeks, and the training used is reward based so that the pups aren't pulled and pushed about. The course is for seven weeks and is held at the Burton Lazars Village Hall on a Tuesday at 7pm, in that time we will train the pups to sit, stand, go into the down, and start heelwork training and also start the most important exercise of all, the recall.

To ensure that the pups are fully socialized all training is conducted whilst a disc of various sounds is played at low volume, we have a men's night, a children's night, a visit from the Vetinary nurse, a hat night and a sun glass night. On successful completion, a Kennel Club certificate and rosette will be awarded for the Puppy Foundation course.
